2 New Players In While Hasan Out from Pak T20I Squad for Ban

Without seniors, Pakistan again travels away for the T20 assignment. Under the new leadership of a 31-year-old all-rounder, Green Shirts call out two emerging talents from PSL 2025—Qalandar’s left-arm pacer Salman Mirza and Ahmed Daniyal picked up for their first 20-over international series.

The Selection Committee on Tuesday, revealed the Pak T20i squad for Bangladesh tour held from 20 to 24 July in Dhaka. Management drops in-form pacer Hasan Ali due to his involvement in the County Championship. Two spinners Mohammad Nawaz and Sufiyan Muqeem back in the line-up.

Right-arm fast bowler Mohammad Abbas and all-rounder Hussain Talat also find position in the T20 side. Pakistan star pacer Haris Rauf was ruled out from the tour plans due to his latest injury in MLC. Vice-captain Shadab Khan is also not part of the Bangladesh tour due to his shoulder recovery.

The most pro batters Babar Azam and M.Rizwan again did not get a chance in the shorter format including Naseem and Shaheen. The cricket board confirmed that the line-up for the Caribbean tour in August will be announced later.
