Kolkata Knight Riders Owners

The 3-time winner Kolkata is owned by film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Juhi Chawla, and businessman Jay Mehta. The SRK film production company Red Chillies contain a 55 percent stake in the team. The other 45 percent is shared among the Mehta group & Juhi Chawla. The current cost of the KKR franchise is ₹2.98 Billion.

Gujrat Titans Owners

In 2022, CVC Capital Partners, the English private equity firm, bought a new franchise with a bid of ₹5,625 Crores. The Gujrat Titans lifted the trophy in their Debut season under the captaincy of Hardik Pandya. They were runners-up in the second edition.

Mumbai Indians Owners

The Reliance Industries owner Mukesh Ambani’s spouse Nita Ambani owns the MI franchise. The 5 times  IPL champions team is handled by Akash Ambani with his mother Nita.  The current net worth of the Mumbai Indians is ₹87 Million. It is considered to be the wealthiest team in the IPL.

Sunrisers Hyderabad Owners

SRH came as the replacement for Deccan Charges in IPL 2012. The orange team is in the hands of SUN TV Network owner Kalanithi Maran. But since 2020, his daughter Kavya Maran, has totally controlled the franchise operations, as a CEO. Hyderabad won their only title in 2016.

Chennai Super Kings Owners

The governor of Indian Cements & Ex-BCCI President N. Srinivasan is the owner of the CSK team. They become the winner of the League 5 times. Chennai Super Kings faced banned due to the fixing scandals in 2016-17. But they still maintained their league performances very well.

Royal Challengers Bangalore Owners

The most favourite team of fans was Purchased by United Spirits Limited(Diageo) in the worth of ₹464 Crore. Even after the inclusion of Virat Kohli, ABD and Gayle, Bangalore appeared 3 times in the finals But didn’t win a single title, The present Chairman of RCB is Prathmesh Mishra.

Rajasthan Royals Owners

The winner of the first edition of IPL, Rajasthan Royals is mainly administered by Manoj Badale. He has a 65 percent stake in the team through Emerging Media IPL Limited. RedBird Capital Partners and Fox Corporation are also the stock holder in the franchise.

Delhi Capitals Owners

The Delhi Capitals is a combined ownership of JSW Groups and Grandhi Mallikarjuna Rao (GMR). The director of the JSW Group, Parth Jindal is the chairman of the franchise. Delhi’s performance is far away from the expectations of the fans, They have not opened their account in the winners list.

Punjab Kings Owners

On the basis of Punjab state, Team Kings ownership is shared among Mohit Burman, Ness Wadia, Karan Paul & Bollywood actress Preity Zinta. Mohit holds 46 percent of the stake, Wadia Groups and Preity Zinta jointly have 23 percent of the stake, While Paul has an 8 percent stake in the franchise. Punjab has never ruled the Premier League.

Lucknow Super Giants Owners

In the 2021 auction, Dr. Sanjiv Goenka bought the Lucknow franchise with a bid of 7090 crore. Dr. Sanjiv runs the LSG team in collaboration with the RPSG Group. Lucknow has 0 titles in there trophy cabinet.
